Job Description

  • Accountability for the effective implementation of Compliance policies and the execution of the compliance program.
  • Ensure that the Company follows all local legislation, regulations (BOT, SET, SEC etc.) and corporate policies.
  • Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of the compliance program and identify key activities.
  • Escalate re portable compliance issues in accordance with set time frames.
  • Lead or assist with any special investigations that may be required to be performed.
  • Ensure document controls are in place for key compliance risks.
  • Provide information or documents as requested by SEC/ SET and other governmental authorities.
  • Organize Board of Directors meetings, Audit Committee meetings and Shareholder meetings.
  • Work closely with other related departments such as Risk Management, Internal Audit team etc.
  • Provide legal advice on issues raised by internal departments and suggest practical actions/solutions for such issues.
  • Prepare, review, revise, and comment on contracts, notices, letters, and other legal documents provided by internal departments or customers.
  • Attend internal and external meetings on legal matters, prepare minutes of the meetings and report the same to supervisor and/or executive management.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualification

  • Male or female, aged 25-35 years old.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Direct experience in International Finance/Banking Law would be an advantage.
  • Excellent command written and spoken in English.
  • Good presentation, negotiation and communication skills, self-motivated, and systematic thinking, able to work under pressure.

Job Description

  • Managing overall accounting function and activities such as AR, AP, GL and reporting
  • Responsible for day to day account operation activity
  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
  • Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Male or Female, 35 years old and above
  • Proven working 3-5 year experience in retail business or Public Limited Company.
  • Development of accounting knowledge continuously for 6 hours per year, according to the announcement Department of Business Development.
  • Registration is made by the Department of Business Development.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, accounting software, POS and ERP
